Compass and Siemens are working intensively together in this assignment from Rijkswaterstaat to update the traffic signs according to the latest standards on the A15, A16 and A38 motorways. The assignment includes the complete system integration. The months-long preparation and coordination with all stakeholders involved led to the first success: last weekend the first substations, matrix signaling devices and tunnel signaling devices were successfully put into operation and a new interface link. The A16 (left main lane) has been (or has been) completely closed to provide a safe working environment for all project employees.
